Service terms

Draft for publication review. Operator identity, contact details, jurisdiction, tax treatment, and final contractual terms must be confirmed before public launch.

Service and account responsibilities

Frawl provides affiliate program management, referral attribution, commission records, and payout approval/export tools. Merchants define their program rules and are responsible for their relationships with affiliates, their customer notices, and the accuracy of submitted information. Keep credentials confidential and grant team members only the access they need.

Subscription billing

Displayed Frawl plans are priced in USD. Monthly and annual options use the published catalog; annual prices currently equal ten monthly payments. A card-free trial lasts 14 days and does not automatically create a charge. A paid checkout requires explicit acceptance of the amount, billing interval, terms version, and current price version. Moyasar processes Frawl's subscription payments.

Recurring billing depends on the enabled capabilities of Frawl's payment account. Paid subscriptions renew against the authorized payment method unless canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access through the paid period. A charge already submitted may still settle and must be reconciled. Failed or disputed payments can restrict paid access. Refund requests require review; this draft does not create a tax-invoice or refund entitlement beyond applicable final terms and law.

Referral attribution and commissions

Browser restrictions, absent consent, and cross-device journeys may limit attribution. Frawl does not guarantee that every visit is attributable. Verified server payment events, program rules, and recorded attribution determine commission calculations. Suspicious activity can hold a commission for review. Refunds and supported disputes create adjustments; canceling a customer's subscription stops future accrual by default without automatically reversing paid periods.

Affiliate payouts

Frawl does not automatically transfer merchant funds to affiliates. The merchant approves and exports payouts, executes the payment externally, and records confirmation. The merchant remains responsible for paying its affiliates and reconciling adjustments, including those that occur after a batch is exported.

Acceptable use and security

Do not submit fraudulent conversions, impersonate another party, access another tenant's data, misuse payment credentials, or evade program and platform controls. Keep API keys on trusted servers and connect only accounts you are authorized to operate. Integration capabilities differ by provider; verify supported events in test mode before live use.

Availability and changes

Feature availability depends on the selected plan, configured integrations, and external providers. Product limits and prices are shown in the application. Material billing changes require the applicable updated consent. No unverified uptime commitment is made by this draft.
